It is safe to say you have an excellent crew in Grenada and the trip was
outstanding! Each and every staff member went out of their way to meet all
the guests requests. The dive masters were all excellent, especially
Kelsey. Besides her dive instructor duties she managed to take care of
flight problems, customs issues and anything else that needed to be taken
care of. She along with Captain Mike were the only crew to see us off at
4am in the morning. I found this to be an extra touch off customer service
and detail that needs to be recognized.
There is something I could say about each crew member but in the interest of
time I will keep it to Kelsey and Captain Mike.
A very happy customer

Hello Everybody,
We stayed on the Wind Dancer from Dec. 2, 2006 until Dec. 9, 2006 and joined
the trip cruising through the Grenadines.
We want to say THANK YOU VERY MUCH for a nearly perfect dive tour. We
enjoyed the familiar atmosphere with the whole Crew. The service on board
was very good, the meals excellent. We saw wonderful dive sites and the
guides did a real good job. I think also the captain was great. Only the
weather...needed improvement, but that is not in your responsibility. Even
when it rained we had a good time. So merry Christmas and a happy new year
to all of You.

The Wind Dancer cruised through the Grenadines, a group of small islands strung out between Grenada and St Vincent. The Grenadines are quite popular with Yachties, because of their topside beauty, lots of good anchorages and
the few small friendly villages that are nice to visit.
Probably like the Caribbean was in the days of Hemmingway, the diving was my
best ever in the Caribbean. The underwater beauty around the Tobago Cays on
one of our dives was unsurpassed. The colors were amazing. The currents were
manageable. Each diver had to dive with a reel and safety sausage. I
appreciated gaining experience drift diving in such a controlled situation.
We dove from 8 person dinghies and we just left all of our gear on them
between dives. The easiest diving I have ever done in that regard. I never
had to move my gear once in the entire week. The tanks were refilled right
on the dinghies, a wonderful idea.
Aboard ship the cabins were well cared for and comfortable but somewhat on
the small side. That wasn't a problem because with all of the other
activities we just didn't use the cabin very much at all. The food was good
and adequate not lavish and expansive which I really appreciated because I
didn't overeat but I was well fed. The crew was very friendly and helpful.
there was an open bar, which I personally don't like, but no one abused the
bar privileges. All in all it was a great trip, one that I would do again.
I have done a lot of livaboards but this was my first Peter Hughes
experience. I look forward to seeing what else Peter has to offer.

Dear Peter Hughes Staff:
I just sent in the rating form for Juli and Dick, Wind Dancer, 16-23
September,
and released that I forgot to add the most important information!!
That is -- some of the crew were excellent, especially CNN. Kudoes to him
for wonderful
service. He is a very careful divemaster, always aware of where each diver
is, even my
husband and I, who tend to lag A LOT, taking pictures. He was a good
spotter of creatures,
too! He also was the most helpful crew member in climbing back onto the
tender, and always
made sure to rinse the cameras when we arrived back at the big boat. All in
all, he did a very
good job.
Reese was also a good divemaster, and we thank him, too.
Your "house mouse" deserves thanks, too, for giving us an extra pillow with
only ONE
request, and for paying attention to the way we liked the beds set up (no
comforter for
one of us, all the pillows except one for that same person, etc.). Thanks,
Gillian.
Most of the crew did a good job and thanks to those we had as good a trip as
possible.

Wind Dancer, Sept. 2006
A first class trip! My wife and I had a great trip with the Wind Dancer Sept 30 through Oct 7. The crew was great and 17 out of 18 dives were the best. High marks go to Anne, Kelsey and Reese, they all need a raise.

I believe you have a "home run" with the Grenadines itinerary. Wonderful pristine diving with fantastic scenery and conditions. You can also market the trip to non-liveaboard divers and non-diving partners of divers as a "Cruise in the Grenadines." The cruise on the Wind Dancer is worth the trip
alone.
