Special Privileges
Do you qualify for special privileges from the Dancer Fleet?
Frequent Dancer Diver*
Reductions will be awarded according to point accumulation. Each
trip on a Caribbean liveaboard earns 10 points. Each 7-night trip
on a Pacific liveaboard earns 20 points and each 10-night or longer trip
earns 30 points (for travel after 12/01/2002). Points are deducted
from a guest’s account when taking advantage of the points as indicated
below. Points can be accumulated up to a maximum of 130. No points
can be earned or used on FeBrina. Frequent Dancer Diver points are not
transferable. Frequent Diver Dancer points greater than 10% reduction
can not be used on group or full boat charter bookings. Subject to black-out dates. Frequent Diver Dancer points can not be redeemed on new vessels during their first year of
operation.

Senior Divers*
Divers of age 65 and over are eligible for a 10% reduction with proof of age (passport, driver’s license).
Consecutive Charters*
Guests who wish to book back to back trips either on the same vessel (two charters in a row) or on two different Dancer Fleet vessels within a one month period (two charters in a row) will receive a 10% reduction on both weeks.
Last Minute Bookings*
From time to time, reductions may be applied for bookings confirmed within a short period of time prior to the cruise date at the discretion of Peter Hughes Diving, Inc. management.
Non-Diver*
A non-diver traveling on a liveaboard with a diver is eligible for a 10% reduction.
On-Board Booking Program
Your $100 per person partial deposit authorized at the end of your Dancer Fleet vacation while still on board will save you $100 off your next trip on any Dancer vessel. This partial deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. Dates and destinations must be finalized within 30 days of my partial deposit after which all standard Dancer Fleet reservation and cancellation policies will apply. Availability is subject to change until Peter Hughes Diving, Inc. issues written confirmation. Travel must commence within two years of the partial deposit date. The balance of the deposit is due within 10 days of confirmation of the travel date and destination. The $100 discount offer can be combined with any standard Dancer Fleet Privileges, but it cannot be combined with any “special promotions” or discounts that may be announced at a later date. This reservation may not apply to “group” travel.
Free Nitrox
If you travel with us in the year 2001 and beyond, you’ll receive FREE NITROX fills on the next Dancer Fleet live-aboard (with Nitrox facilities) that you take during the following calendar year, and will continue doing so if you travel on a Dancer Fleet live-aboard every consecutive year. So, that means, theoretically, you could get FREE NITROX with us for two or three years in a row . . . or maybe more.
* All of the privileges above will apply to bookings from any source and MUST be requested prior to final payment. When two or more reductions would seem to apply, only the greater discount will be honored. Discounts do not apply to single supplements, port charges, permit fees, park fees, etc. Discounts are subject to black-out dates and may be changed or discontinued at any time without notice.
